Chops pomegranate

Ingredients:

• 2 100 g of veal chops. one
• 1 / 2 pomegranate
• 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
• 15 gr. butter
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 shallot
• 1 / 2 cup white wine
• salt
• pepper

Preparation

Shelled a pomegranate, set aside two tablespoons of beans and pass the other to obtain a liquid paste, which combine a tablespoon of red vinegar.

Then melt the butter with a bay leaf, shallots chopped fine, cover with a lid and simmer over low heat.
After 10 minutes, add the veal chops, brown them well and then add the wine, pomegranate juice and vinegar, salt and pepper.

Allow to cook until it consumes a bit 'the sauce, then serve hot garnished the meat with pomegranate seeds that you put aside.
