Braised beef with red wine

Ingredients:

• 1 kg lean beef
• 60 g butter
• 2-3 glasses of red wine
• 1 sliced onion
• 1 carrot
• 1 celery stalk
• 2 cloves
• 4 ripe tomatoes
• soup
• salt
• pepper

Preparation

Melt the butter in a saucepan and allow to brown the meat turning on all sides. Pour a glass of red wine and let evaporate.
United all the sliced vegetables, smells and crushed tomatoes.

Then add the stock to cover over an inch to the bottom of the pan.
Cook slowly for 4 hours soaking the meat with the remaining red wine and broth.

You can serve the meat with the mixture of vegetables cooked with meat and previously passed.
