Seared Carpaccio


• 200 gr. slices of beef
• 1 slice of beef
• 1 sprig of rosemary
• 2 sage leaves
• soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
• salt
• pepper
• thyme


Prepare a deep dish sliced shallots, rosemary and sage.
Add soy sauce, thyme, a pinch of salt and pepper.
Long with 2 tablespoons of oil.
Dip the slices in this mixture of meat and rigiratele until they anoint well.

In the meantime, you heat a nonstick pan, on which you will cook the slices of beef for about thirty seconds per side.
Once completed this store again, the slices of beef with the mixture of oil and smells.

Serve cold.
