Young Beef

Adult Bovine

Beef contains little water and a modest amount of fat, which makes it one of the best quality meats on the market; recommended for children and athletes.

Heifer

– age: over 12 months.

Meat obtained from female animals with characteristics comparable to those of adult bovine animals.

Veal

– age: 5-7 months
– weight: max 300 kg
– meat colour: pinkish.

Fed only with milk from birth, their meat contains a lot of water and little fat and has a light pink colour.
